Effect of Terms of Use

This website and associated social media accounts (Media Sites) are operated by Bancstac (Bancstac, We or Us). By using a Media Site, the user (you) is deemed to accept the terms and conditions set out in these Terms of Use, which form an agreement between you and Us.

These Terms of Use may be amended at any time by Us without notice and you will be deemed to have agreed to such amended Terms of Use upon your use of the Media Site following the posting of such amended Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should immediately cease use of the Media Sites.

Ownership of content

The content of the Media Sites including all copyright, design rights, trade marks, knowhow, names, trade names, service marks and other logos, including the Bancstac name, logo and colors, as well as the design, layout, format and information contained in the Media Sites (IP), is, as between you and Us, the property of Bancstac. All rights are reserved.

You are provided with access to the IP for your personal or business use only. You are not permitted to access or use the IP for any purpose which involves the commercialization of the IP or any element of it, or for any purpose which may be illegal or which may bring Bancstac or its principals or officers into disrepute. You are also not permitted to use, copy, adapt, reproduce, store, publish, distribute, display, perform or create any derivative work based on any of the IP, without the written consent of Bancstac.

The Media Sites may contain links to third party websites and applications. These are provided for your convenience only and your use of such websites and applications are subject to the terms and conditions of those websites and applications. Bancstac takes no responsibility regarding any links or your use of such websites or applications.

General

These Terms of Use should be read together with the Privacy Statement.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms of Use and will not have any effect on the remaining provisions.

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Cayman Islands and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
